About the Event
Join the Vermont Italian Cultural Association and chef Jenny Vascotto in this virtual cook along! Prepare your Sunday supper with the help of Jenny and in the company of your amici. Before the class, students will receive the shopping list, equipment list, recipes, and a welcome email with the Zoom link.
First class, February 5: Join us in making our favorite antipasti—Erbazzone! Learn the art of rolling pastry style sfolia to encase this rich greens, herbs, and parmesan cheese pie, after which we will build the perfect antipasti board with a true northern Italian spread! This is a super fun, good for all skill levels, no special equipment necessary but a rolling pin and food processor is recommended! This class runs about 1.5–2 hours via Zoom.
