Italy’s wine and food are renowned for a reason. The birthplace of the Slow Food movement has long focused on food and wine that reflects the local landscape and culture. Their thinking? Strong agriculture, great ingredients, amazing food. What’s not to love? Learn about the terroir-driven wines and foods of Italy in this class hosted by Dedalus and VICA.
