History of Pizza! Mangiamo!

Join Pearl Street Pizza and the Vermont Italian Cultural Association for an evening of food, culture and history.  Led by Jeff Roberts, author and culinary historian, explore the origins of Italian pizza and how “pizza pie” became a worldwide phenomenon.  Paizzaioli Stefano Coppola and Wilson Ballentyne will prepare tradizionale pizza, followed by an historic iconic expression, and for the finale, a contemporary “pie.”  You'll enjoy learning about and eating pizza!
