Amici Dinner at Gallus

Tucked into Waterbury's old Grist Mill, former home of the original Hen of the Wood, Gallus Handcrafted Pasta celebrates the artisan craft of fresh pasta. Gallus’ pasta program is served alongside local ingredients, approachable wines, and classic cocktails, all sourced with thoughtful integrity.  Guests will order off the menu and pay separately.
